AALS Civil Procedure Section Exam Bank
A “bank” of civil procedure exams has been constructed as a TWEN Faculty Program, which means that it is accessible only to professors. In addition, a password is required to register. Professors can contact Radha Pathak (info below) or Ira Nathenson (inathenson@stu.edu) to obtain the password.
Once you have the password, here’s how to register for the exam bank:
- Go to http://lawschool.westlaw.com.
- Click on the “TWEN” tab at the top of the page and then log in with your Westlaw ID (you may also perform these two tasks in reverse order).
- Click on “My Faculty Programs”
- Click on “Add a Program”
- Check (click on) the box next to the Forum entitled “Civil Procedure Exam Bank.” You’ll need the password. Enter it and then click “Submit” at the bottom of the page.
You should now have access to the Exam Bank website, where you can review and download any or all of the exams presently on deposit. You should also be able to access the exam Bank directly each time you return to the “TWEN” page of http://lawschool.westlaw.com and log in.
Please let me or Ira Nathenson (inathenson@stu.edu) know if you have any difficulty accessing the Exam bank. Please also keep sending me exams so that I can add them to the bank.
Best wishes,
Radha
