AALS Civil Procedure Section Syllabi Bank

Syllabi for Civil Procedure courses are available for review and downloading on a TWEN site established for that purpose. To access the TWEN website:

• Go to http://lawschool.westlaw.com.
• Click on the “TWEN” tab at the top of the page and then log in with your Westlaw ID (you may also perform these two tasks in reverse order).
• Click on “My Faculty Programs”
• Click on “Add a Program”
• Check (click on) the box next to the Forum entitled “Civil Procedure Syllabi Bank.” Then click “Submit” at the bottom of the page.

You should now have access to the Syllabi Bank website, where you can review and download any or all of the syllabi presently on deposit. You should also be able to access the Syllabi Bank directly each time you return to the “TWEN” page of http://lawschool.westlaw.com and log in.

This website is not presently password-protected, which means that students may access it. If there is sufficient interest in protecting the website, however, a password requirement can be added.

To submit your syllabus or syllabi for inclusion in the Bank, please e-mail it/them to.
