Discovery resources

I teach discovery to my JD students using sets of discovery questions. These questions are akin to an easy treasure hunt. Most of the them point you towards the most pertinent sections of the discovery rules, allowing you to target your review of discovery. Give them a try.

This video was part of a review for a JD class, and covers selected issues regarding discovery. This is a brief, basic, and incomplete review of discovery. I did not go into great detail because in class we went over discovery using the discovery question sets on nathenson.org. Indeed, there is far more to discovery than is covered in this video.
